Anybody that has ever been involved in the day to day care of a child or children, no matter what level of care you've done, Parent, Grandparent, nanny, childminder, you can appreciate how hard it really is. Its not just about a 9-5 job, it really is around the clock, and this affects us. I can do nothing but admire the mothers that just seem to have it all sorted, and I often watch them and just think how have you managed to leave the house with children looking beautiful and yourself so well presented, she must be supermum. For the rest of us mere mortals it's sometimes just hard enough to get by and do the things that's required of us as a parent/ carer, let alone all the pruning and time out we should be taking for ourselves.

When all of your time is being taken up with caring for children it is so easy to forget about yourself, not bother with doing your hair or make up and just wearing whatever's comfy, but this also affects your mood and your self confidence. It's important to make sure you feel good and well and happy with yourself and whatever makes you strive to feel that way each day is worth is weight in gold.

I always love it when you buy an item of clothing or shoes or a handbag and you absolutely adore them, over the top love, and you want to wear them all the time and with everything! This doesn't happen so much when you have children, the priorities change and you get excited about children's things instead. What we need to do is to start combining our two loves, children and fashion and allowing it to let us feel good. What better way to do that then to have designer baby changing bags. Practical and yet a beautiful bag for you, nothing childish about it, but to have the two combined that puts the edge back into outfits, that means you have to do your hair and make up because you can't look tired and worn out with that bag on your arm.

A simple idea but with childcare sometimes we could do with all the encouragement we can get, and if that means having designer baby changing bags to spur us on and give us that 'over the top love back' then it seems like a sound plan.
