Step 1 – shampoo

Step 2 – condition

Conditioner should be applied to about one inch above your roots, and worked carefully through your hair, paying particular attention to the ends. Kerastase products appropriate to your hair can be applied at this stage, including conditioners and masques. They will add vitality, shine and body to your hair, so choose one that matches the problem that you’d like to ‘solve’.

Step 3 – protect and style
