All of our lean manufacturing consultants have at least five years of hands on experience in helping companies to put positive changes in place and all of our lean manufacturing techniques and schemes are tailored to suit the individual needs and budget of a specific business.

In the initial stages of lean manufacturing consultancy, a meeting will be held between a manager and a lean manufacturing expert. For one or two hours, any existing issues within the business will be discussed and a manager will set out the results they wish to achieve from lean manufacturing.

Using the information gathered at this first stage, a lean manufacturing expert will then be assigned to the project and will eventually spend up to two days at a workplace to gather more data into the operations.

Following this, a meeting between a manager and their lean manufacturing expert will be held, and the detailed business review discussed. This business review is the jumping off point for any lean manufacturing schemes and should a firm decide to go ahead, a consultant will be on site for between 2 and 5 days for 3 months.

After this initial quarter year period, our lean manufacturing consultant will make further visits once a month for 9 months.

This set up allows us to really get to the root of any business issues and fully implement positive lean manufacturing ideas. Many of our business customers also choose to opt for a yearly business review from our lean manufacturing consultants, to ensure the method is still working for them.
